Natalie + Adam | Chic Timeless Monochromatic Wedding in the Greenhouse Room, Buffalo

When it came to Natalie & Adam’s day, truly there was nothing else that could’ve been added to the experience to make this chic timeless monochromatic wedding one to remember! Mother Nature was on their side blessing the couple with a beautiful sunshine filled spring day that allowed for equally beautiful memories to be made and cherished by all that were there to celebrate.

The blushing bride and her bridesmaids looks were made possible by the team at Fawn and Fox Salon as well as Jaime Ruggiero Makeup Artistry. Natalie looked stunning in her sleek and classic ivory gown from Lovely Bride NYC and her bridesmaids also donned ivory dresses from Brideside making us fall in love with the chic monochromatic look. The ladies carried white bouquets from Maureen’s Wholesale Flower Market that were filled with roses, hydrangeas and our most favorite - peonies! However, one of the most touching details that Maureen’s helped accomplish was the incorporation of the wedding band of Natalie’s late father tied into her bouquet. This gesture, along with the the couple deciding to make a donation to Roswell Park Cancer Center in lieu of favors, was a meaningful way to honor both Natalie & Adam’s late fathers to assure their presence was felt throughout the day.

Family and friends joined the couple at the historic Saint Louis Roman Catholic Church on Main Street in Downtown Buffalo for a Catholic ceremony. Adam and his groomsmen waited at the top of the aisle looking sharp in classic tuxedos with black bowties. Natalie and her mother shared a few intimate moments together before processing down the aisle to meet her betrothed as Natalie’s stunning custom made cathedral veil trailed behind the pair.

After the mass, Simply the Best Limo Service transported the bridal party to the Japanese Gardens that were in full bloom which allowed Cassandra from Rooted Love Photography and her second shooter Mary O’Sullivan to work their magic. Not only were the images extremely soft and beautiful, but they managed to fool us by capturing images that made it seem as though they had the entire gardens to themselves when in fact, there were parades of people there to see the cherry blossoms in bloom! Did I mention that Cassandra is a film photographer?

Meanwhile, guests began arriving at the Greenhouse Room at the Hotel @ The Lafayette for cocktail hour and were greeted by a reception space that had all white blooms, romantic candle light and quite possibly one of the most stunning dessert tables we’ve ever seen from B Sweet Designs. It was so opulent that it included glittering donut holes and their guests were almost too afraid to touch it!

Natalie and Adam were welcomed into the reception with many cheers, hoops and hollers as they swept onto the dance floor and were serenaded by the Silver Arrow Band to “You Make Loving You Easy” for their first dance as husband and wife. It was followed by a touching speech from Natalie’s Matron of Honor and an equally touching and humorous account from Adam’s best man, and brother, of their childhood. After dinner and the cutting of the cake from Romano’s Italian Bakery, there was no stopping this group from being on the dance floor! One of our favorite moments was seeing the bride politely excuse herself from conversation to run to her husband on the dance floor as Silver Arrow’s lead singer belted one of her favorite Beyonce songs, “Love on Top”!

It was truly such a magical evening filled with light, love and laughter and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been asked to be a part of Natalie & Adam’s special day!
